Moon Program Terms
1. Enrollment
Upon your enrollment in the Moon Program, we will provide you with coupon codes (the “Coupons”) that you may display on your social media platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, and others under your control as Advertisement (“Ads”). These Coupons, unique to each Content Creator for every brand they select, will contain offers such as discounts or GWP (Gift With Purchase). The audience of the Content Creator can use these Coupons for availing the offers when purchasing from the respective Client’s website or app. Submitting an application to enroll at the Moon Program does not guarantee acceptance and will be subject to approval. Content Creator must be at least 18 years old. You represent that you meet the legal age requirement in your country of residence to access financial services.
2. Content Creator Obligations
Abide by any and all instructions provided by the Moon Program regarding Coupons conditions, Clients, Ads, restrictions, and any other instructions.
Must have all the necessary licenses under the applicable law.
Must follow the Ads Schedule set by the Moon Program.
3. Commission Structure
The commission rates for each Client will be displayed on the Moon Program app. These rates are subject to change at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Any changes to the commission rates will be immediately reflected within the app.
4. Performance Reports
Content Creator can monitor their performance through a dedicated dashboard within the Moon Program app. The Coupons serve as the tracking mechanism, helping us ascertain the number of orders and revenue generated from each Coupon. After the conclusion of each month, we will update the dashboard with Validated Net Orders and apply the cancellation rates within 30 days, based on the validated orders we receive from our Clients.
5. Payment Terms
You will earn Commissions for each Validated Net Order that is generated through the use of your Coupons. A “Validated Net Order” refers to an order placed by an individual on a Client’s website or app using the specific Coupon assigned to you. The Commission will be contingent upon the order not being identified as fraudulent, incomplete, returned, unqualified, or canceled by either the Moon Program or the Client.
To facilitate timely and secure payments, all users are required to upload a valid government-issued identification document on the Bank Details page or Invoices page for verification purposes. This verification is essential to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, prevent fraudulent activities, and ensure the security of financial transactions. The collection of identification documents is strictly for the following purposes:
Legal Compliance: To adhere to financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws applicable to digital transactions and financial operations.
Security and Fraud Prevention: To verify the identity of users and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements: To meet banking and payment processor requirements, ensuring smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.
Financial Transactions Processing: To confirm the legitimacy of payment recipients and facilitate accurate and secure fund transfers.
Payments will be made on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s Validated Net Orders, dependent on the validated orders being confirmed and submitted by the Client to us and may differ from one Client to another. The method of payment will be mutually agreed upon.
6. Non-Circumvention
Content Creator hereby agrees not to solicit or enter into a similar agreement with any of Moon Program’s Clients without the express written consent of Moon Program during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months following its termination. If such circumvention occurs, Moon Program shall be entitled to any amounts due pursuant to this Agreement.
7. Exclusivity of Collaboration
The Creator agrees that for any campaign they collaborate on with us, they shall not work on the same campaign or project with any other agency or directly with the brand for a period of one (1) year from the start date of the collaboration.
Wallet Terms
8. Card Issuance & Ownership
A virtual Mastercard will be issued to you upon successful verification of your identity and account details. The card is issued by our licensed banking/payment partner and remains their property. You must be an approved user on the platform to access and use the Wallet feature.
You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Wallet feature and virtual card services. By using the Wallet, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
9. Use of Card
The virtual Mastercard can be used for online purchases wherever Mastercard is accepted. The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered user. You are responsible for ensuring the card is used in accordance with applicable laws and not for any prohibited transactions. Cash withdrawal fee may be applicable as charged by the banking partner.
Moon is not responsible for delays, declines, or disruptions in card services that result from actions or failures of the issuing bank or payment provider.
10. Payouts & Wallet Balance
All earnings and payouts from the app will be credited directly to your Wallet.
Payouts are made based on completed activity and may be subject to review or approval. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing and are limited to app-related earnings only.
11. Verification & Security
You must provide valid personal identification and complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements to activate the Wallet. You are responsible for keeping your card details secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, report it immediately. Users are responsible for yearly KYC updates by ensuring proof of valid identification is updated as mandated by the wallet.
12. Wallet Fees & Limitations
Applicable fees (e.g., currency conversion, inactivity, card reissuance) will be disclosed on the Wallet screen or via the card partner. Daily, monthly, or per-transaction limits may apply based on your verification level. Any physical card issuance fees will be borne by the user.
13. Wallet Suspension or Termination
Your card may be suspended or deactivated if you violate platform rules, misuse the Wallet, or close your account. If we discontinue our relationship with the card issuer, we will notify you and arrange alternative payout options.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Wallet access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or any applicable law, or if required by the card issuer or regulatory authority.
14. Wallet Account Closure & Inactivity
If a user account is closed or suspended, any remaining Wallet balance will remain accessible for a period of 30 days from the date of suspension. After this period, the remaining balance may be withdrawn and the user shall forfeit any claim to the funds.
Currently, there are no inactivity fees or automatic suspensions related to inactive Wallets. The Company reserves the right to introduce such measures in the future, with prior notice provided to users.
General Terms (Apply to Both Moon Program & Wallet)
15. Intellectual Property Rights
Each party retains all right, title, and interest in and to its own pre-existing intellectual property irrespective of any disclosure to the other party, before or after the date of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to transfer ownership of or grant any licensing rights to the other party’s intellectual property unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
16. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement can be terminated by either party by giving a written notice of 60 days. The Moon Program has the right to terminate effective immediately in the event of a breach committed by the Content Creator(s) for any of the terms under this Agreement, and whereas the Content Creator did not generate more than 5 orders in any given month. Wallet-specific closure terms are addressed separately in Clause 14.
17. Confidentiality & Indemnity
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of this Agreement, not disclosing or allowing disclosure to any third party without prior written consent. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of this Agreement or any unlawful actions undertaken by you.
18. Data Sharing
Your personal information may be securely shared with our payment partner for the purpose of card issuance and regulatory compliance. We do not sell or misuse your data.
19. Support
For any issues related to your Wallet or virtual card, please contact our support team via the Help section in the app.
Any disputes related to card transactions should first be raised directly with our card issuer via the Help section. We will support you in facilitating communication but are not liable for issues arising from third-party merchant errors or declined transactions.
20. Service Disclaimer
Wallet services and virtual cards are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind. MoonTech does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. All Wallet services are operated by third-party financial partners under their own service conditions.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MoonTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Wallet services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of earnings, access disruptions, or service delays caused by third-party service providers, including the card issuer or payment processor.
22. Force Majeure
MoonTech shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet service disruptions, or changes in applicable laws.
23. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the Wallet feature and/or participation in the Moon Program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
MoonTech is a DIFC-registered company. The Wallet and virtual card services are provided in partnership with a licensed financial institution regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). MoonTech does not issue, manage, or operate any financial service that requires DFSA authorization. All regulated services are the sole responsibility of the licensed issuer.
25. Submission
By submitting your application to enroll into the Moon Program and/or activating the Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions above & our Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Moon Program.
